30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email watch5go@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll be notified by email when it's complete.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items showing significant wear may not be eligible for a full refund. Each case is reviewed individually.
